Plus, Nadia Comaneci went on to earn six more perfect tens in order to be one of the youngest Olympic Gold Medalist. Nadia Comaneci has not only drawn attention in all directions however she also assisted Romania to find a spot on the international map. By achieving a score that was unattainable, this sporting icon brought gymnastics into the spotlight of the world's the spotlight. The sport changed the way people view female athletes. Her impact was so significant at this Olympics that the uneven bars event is named for two of the moves after her, the toe-on as well as release.
